Me and my father just came in here to get our yearly exam done, the one lady behind the counter I wish I would have gotten her name but she was very rude, the look on her face when I tried to tell her that he does have vision insurance and that she's wrong made me pretty upset. So we called his insurance they said that he has vision insurance they tried calling seven times nobody answered, I finally get a hold of them myself after getting off of the phone with the insurance after another five times of calling because they just don't answer their phone they would like people who can't see to go on the internet and look at words that they could probably have a hard time seeing to make appointments, they want elderly people to get on the internet and make appointments and pay bills online which is hilarious. When I came there last year I paid $200 for my frames and the lenses that they gave me don't even work as of now I have to wear Walgreens glasses so I paid $200 for nothing and I'm not coming back to this office because of that lady with the glasses the brown glasses she's rude. Dr. Adam Morrow is the best - he takes his time to explain how the optical system works, and he genuinely cares about each of his patients. The rest of the staff is always friendly, as well. Paris was kind enough to help me try on and pick out the best frames for new glasses. An all-around great experience.
