        I will never recommend this company to anyone, not even my worst enemy. Very poor workmanship left a total mess and never told me that they do not hook up the plumbing left me hanging to find a plumber at the last minute. And lie through their teeth about it I have three other people I know that used them and they did the same thing to them.

        This my second time using Youngstown Granite & Quartz and my wife and I cannot be happier. The sales rep Michael was very helpful and took the time to go over all the benefits of the product we picked out. As for the installers Pat and Nick, they were very professional and answered any and all questions I asked. They installed the product perfectly and professionally. I HIGHLY recommend Youngstown Granite & Quartz.

        Looking for Granite or Quartz? Look no further! Youngstown Granite & Quartz did an amazing job on our kitchen counters and island. Adding the waterfall effect gave our kitchen a whole new look and we could not be happier! The installers were wonderful and their work is precise. The knowledge of all employees from start to finish was unbeatable! Can't say enough good things!

        Youngstown Granite was amazing! We were able to get our measurements and installation scheduled within a few weeks. The total installation time took about 90 minutes. The crew was in and out without any issue and was very communicative throughout the process. Everything was seamless and our counters look amazing. We would recommend Youngstown Granite to anyone!

      I apologize for the confusion, the only bold print in the three papers you signed prior to installation and in purchase contract was -we do not do plumbing- and -we are not responsible for plumbing-, we hang the new sink and drill the holes for faucet but do not hook them up as we are countertop professionals not plumbers, I do see you gave my installers a five star review before we left your home as there job is to go every part of the job for you and answer any questions and check for cleanliness with you before they leave every home then,we have the home owner write there thoughts and give a 1-5 star review and sign to assure satisfaction of job, we can send you copies of all these papers as provided to you during purchase if misplaced.
