If I could rate them no stars, I would. I have been a valuable customer of Ron Lewis for years to get my Kia repairs and inspections. Since this Diehl company has taken over, they have done nothing but rip me and my family off, lying to my face with falsified paperwork. They are con artists and are in it for the money. I have never experienced anything this horrible with my car before. I hope they go out of business.

This was one of the best experiences I have ever had buying a vehicle. I bought certified pre-owned 2021 Kia Seltos. Spencer did an amazing job working with me through text in finding the right vehicle for me. Once I came in to the dealership and test drove the vehicle the financial process was very efficient. Dave the finance manager did an amazing job making the process as painless as possible. This is going to be my go to dealership for all future purchases. Thanks guys for being so awesome!

Kirk and David at Diehl Kia were friendly, responsive, knowledgeable and honest while we purchased our Telluride. They made the whole buying process easy and stress free. It was definitely worth the drive up to Beaver Falls. We got a great deal @Diehl, truly thousands better than any competitor and appreciate Diehls value added package after the sale w/ years of service and PA inspections.

The way the salesman laughed at my wife was the final straw for me. We had our 2015 Optima engine seize and I had it towed here. Big mistake. Long story short. They lost my car registration and insurance card and blamed my wife, turns out they put it in the front seat of the car. No one knew and said my wife must have not dropped it off. The dealer laughed when my wife said we would like to get into a sportage oe sorento for under $400 per month. Well, Jim Shirley Kia of Wexford did this for us and got a sale, so guess we are laughing now. Service told us we werent a priority because we were tow, yet I called beforehand to make sure they could see my car. No problem have it towed right over will take a look. Turns out they didnt even see the vehicle, and it was there for over a week. They also wouldnt be able to drop an engine until October or November. (It was the second week of September at the time). This place is a joke. Run. Unless you want to be treated like you dont matter and youre not a customer. Dont they want repeat business? And youre Diehl Kia of Beaver Falls. You arent even in beaver.
