        I really have no complaints so far, I've had a smooth and positive renting experience with Birgo Realty and I cannot speak highly enough of Brittany, the property manager. Although I have not needed maintenance yet as I've been here 8 months, the maintenance guy seems nice as I've briefly met him before. The roads are not the best but that's the fault of the township.

        Brittany and her team are amazing. The apartment was clean, fresh, and felt like I was the first person to live there on move in day. Brittany and Chris answer all questions and maintenance requests within a few hours even on weekends and afternoons. They truly care about their property and more importantly the tenants. The property is very well maintained and the apartments are open concept with SO MUCH natural light. I have lived in 2 separate apartments in this complex and each time I was very pleased with how well maintained the units were prior to my move in. There is a large amount of cabines and counter space in the kitchen for an apartment. They even let you have your pets for a very reasonable fee. I can't say enough good things about Brittany and her team woth Birgo. I will always reccomend this place when people are apartments hunting!!
