Her patience and dedication over the past two weeks of us shopping for our vehicle was nothing short of remarkable. Drove an hour and a half to meet with Elizabeth (sales person) after talking on the phone for 2 weeks about purchasing the 2010 acura zdx. I finally test drove the car. I was not happy how the car kicks hard when I accelerate. Went back to the office to discuss purchasing it and Elizabeth told me to call her the next day. I called Elizabeth the next day (Saturday) and she was with a customer and said she will call me back when she's done. I never heard back from her and I called her Monday morning. She said she was busy and by herself and someone named Tony (co-owner) broke his leg and she could not call me back. I told her that was poor customer service and that I should not have to call her back. I was paying cash (which she knew) and I did not need a loan. I decided to buy a 2016 Lexus Rx 350 where I was treated the way a customer is suppose to be treated. Terrible service and Poor Communication from Elizabeth whom represent "John Auto Mart in Bartonsville PA. If I can give her a zero I would. I would "NEVER" refer anyone to Elizabeth. She's the worst sales person I ever dealt with. Never met a person with so many excuses!!!
