Charlie Nansteel Tree and Excavation LLC

Very expensive. Average quality of work. We still have weed instead of grass that supposed to grow. He took permit that we got and dissapeared. I called asking for the permit or at least permit number. He said he can't find it and just stopped answering my calls at all. As soon as he got money, he stopped caring. Very disappointed. Few years later we got call from township that Charlie never closed NPDA permit after the work was done and we are getting penalties.

Charlie was prompt when arriving for the free estimate. His estimate was very fair for removing a large Spruce tree in our front yard and trimming a large Maple tree in our backyard. We scheduled a day and his crew arrived on time and did a fantastic job. Everything was done to our liking and they cleaned up all debris. I can't say enough about how happy I am about using Charlie Nansteel and I would highly recommend him. Services: Stump removal, Tree trimming and pruning, Tree removal

This team of workers were AMAZING! They worked their tails off on a very challenging terrain, leaving the wood that we wanted, gathered and stacked very neatly, awesome job! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I called and scheduled an appointment for an estimate. The day of rolls around and they are a no show. When I called they claim my appointment was at a different time then I had written in my appointment book. I was told someone would call me right back and no one ever did. The time “they claim” my appointment was for came and went with a no show from anyone. I work overnights at a major hospital and stayed up waiting for these extremely unprofessional people to show. I’ll gladly take my money and business elsewhere.

I hired Charlie Nansteel to remove a nuisance stump that was causing flooding on my property. They removed the stump and roots as well as the wood chips and dirt. They then added topsoil and graded, and seeded and placed straw over the area. I could not be happier with the work. Thanks!
