As busy working professionals, Brooke made the complex process of buying a home when we did not currently live in the area as easy as possible. She went the extra mile to visit the property several times at different times of day, brought tradespeople by to give us estimates for repairs and negotiated significant credits from an unwilling seller. She is very knowledgeable about the area and her first priority is making sure her clients have a good experience throughout the process and love their new home. She also thoroughly explains all the contract language and underscores working to make everything to your comfort level since you are the one buying and living in the house. I really can't recommend Brooke and her firm enough and hope they continue to serve the area as long as possible so other people can discover how great it is to live in NE PA.
