I had Tom come out to look at an issue I was having with my bath tub. He assessed the problem and explained what he was going to do. He gave me a breakdown of costs and did the job. I had a plumbing emergency on a Saturday afternoon. Tom was so awesome! He came out to my home within 30 minutes of my call and helped me. He couldnt fix the issue that day due to the complexity of my issue. However, he scheduled me for his next available day and provided me with a thorough explanation of what was needed and reviewed a quote with me. Tom was so professional and polite.
