Have been with this company for about 4 years great costumer service for the most part and price fluctuates on how often I need a fill and what percent I get it filled at I dont even complain about the unit price anymore at this point lol because it would cost more to change propane tanks for ME so I just pay it and try not to let it go down past 25 % , I would say out of 4 years 1 person (who I dont know there name but it was a guy) was a little sour ! I even told him it will get better assuming he was sour because he started his morning off bad which we are all human over all 4/5 . Didnt get a 5/5 because of sour puss !

Tech came out to fill the tank. We dont need propane and didnt want it filled. Tech refused to leave and was incredibly rude. Do not use this company! Guys name was Richard. Fitting name.
