It's a scam. They target your insecurities and remember the world is a cruel place ran by money. You are a beautiful human being and don't deserve to be treated terribly by the people here. I've been mocked and lost $3000 at this establishment. Take it from a veteran; if you see a contract. Unless it's a car or a house. RUN!

This place is a scam. I had spent over 3000$ on treatment and had purchased a laser hemlet for 1500$ which is originally 700$. They had delayed the delivery of the laser hemlet for over 4 months saying I had already collected when I did not. Now when I ask for a refund and refuse the helmet they are not giving refund saying the agreement does not allow for a refund. Please save your money and go elsewhere, this place is a complete scam and will only rip you out of your money. I demand the place to make things right for me.

I was a customer here for over 8 years. Over the past year I noticed a huge decline in unit quality. The past 4 units ALL shedded so badly only after 3 washes. All 4 units had bald patches and the units could no longer be used. Seems after the pandemic (huge delays) the units became poorly made. Also the service from the store manager was poor and at times felt very shady. Unfortunately I will not go back.
