        I ordered a floral arrangement for a friend during her time of bereavement. Florals & Scrubs put together a very beautiful arrangement. The service was timely and the customer service was stellar. I will certainly patronize again.

        I normally don't leave reviews, but my experience here has been absolute disaster. I used google navigation to come to this store to pick up an order. When you follow the google maps it is taking gig to the BALA 2 PLAZA entrance, however the store is somehow not located here. I decided to call them and every time a receptionist would answer the phone they would immediately transfer me to a voice mail machine and don't even bother to talk. I called one last time to hope that they will be able to help me and I got disconnected. This is my very first time leaving a one star review and I feel terrible doing this but the customer service is disastrously disappointing at this place based on our interaction.

        I contacted them in a panic when my son told me less than 12 hours before the dance that he needed flowers. They gave me everything I needed the next morning and it was stunning. Im so grateful that they responded so quickly and professionally. They also knew just what was popular and needed when I did not. I will definitely go back!

        I have used floral & scrubs for many occasions for giving folks flowers. I must say that I've been thoroughly pleased with the service the quality and the professionalism shown by Nikki and her team I would highly recommend you think about flora & scrubs for your next event, giving something to someone special, or just because flowers are always nice to have around. Oh and the shop in Bala Cynwyd is also fantastic. I stopped by there recently and it's really really nice. Gary

Not you or anyone else, has placed an order for pick up; as this is not an option when placing an order through our website. You did not go to our corporate office to pick up an order. If you have proof of an order that you paid for, please provide it and we’ll issue a 200% refund. Otherwise, please refrain from leaving false reviews on our business page. Thank you.
