I wont recomend this place to any one The office staff is rude. I was paying for my root canal out of my pocketi brough in coins and dollors.. Avaon the person who was at the desk purposely took her time to count the money did not offer to tell the Dr the situation as blk people why do we have to offer such poor service to each other her attitude was equal to an empty glass i was very dissattified dealing with her.she needs training ond dealing with the public and realize she is not in the hood or jungle

Your head receptionis is very rude i brought $1260 this morning for a root canal she purposely caused me to miss my appointment because she did not want to count my coins which is legal i had 10 00 in coins. Avaean is a rude recetionist who has no professional office skills she does.not know how to deal with the public. she refuse to give me another appointment after causing me to miss the original one is this the type of people who represent you i am a paying customer.bad paRt avain is blk and some im i why do a blk man have to b e dosrecpected by a. I went in for root canal surgery and I can tell you that I wasn't looking forward to this at all. But I got checked in, and went directly into the room. My first time at this office and I noticed everything was well kept and clean. Certain phobias we have are on high alert when in unfamiliar territory. I get anesthesia, xrays are taken, and they begin to work there magic. They place a mouth jack to keep my mouth open. Than they insert what I would describe as a mouth tarp. It prevents material from getting into your mouth. Your tongue is below it. So you can still swallow your salava. Not sure how it got fixed but it worked. I pushed my tongue up against it to test it. I'm very curious. Than the two people started working on the tooth. All I could see where tools being passed back and forth with numbers being mentioned. Dental codes I presume. But very few words spoken between the Dr and the her assistant. Very similar to wonder woman, and her trusted rope. A metaphor. The two working together, in harmony towards a common goal. Another words the two worked very well together. After it was over, and witnessing this dental choreography I had to ask the question. How long have both of you worked together. One said since 2010. Wow! You are a great team! This was a great experience for me to witness and benefit from all the practice both of them have had together over the years. They were excellent. Thanks for the service and we'll done! I'm going with 4.5 stars. Nothing is perfect. If it were free than 5 . Can't wait to see what happens after 20 years together. Appreciate each other day. Disclaimer here. Not being paid to write this since I paid for the service. I was just pleased how things went.
