Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Told me they open at 12:00 on Saturday. Turned me away and secretly change my reservation time. Enterprise would have loss my bussiness if I had not walked in on Saturday at 9:00 and submitted another reservation after 9:00 on Saturday. Complained that too many cars was being rented on July 1st.

Jordan was exceptional; finding a car I would feel comfortable in, showing the location of the equipment, picking out the dings, dropping me off and picking me up from the body shop. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. My only reason for not giving them 5 stars is something Ive run into at all the Enterprise locations. The inability to definitively tell the upfront costs. Taxes and fees are substantial and really should be calculated in the daily price. It can be an additional 15% plus per day. Since this happens at all the locations Ive visited, I have to surmise that it is part of the corporate policy. So ask about additional taxes and fees when the reps are telling you the daily prices.

I will never go here again. They incorrectly charged me $50, realized their mistake and gave it back. 2 weeks later they took it again! Why are they still going in my debit card to do ANYTHING? AND I'M STILL TRYING TO GET MY $50 BACK!!! I'm so angry.

I had a fantastic experience renting a Nissan Rogue from the Bala Cynwood Enterprise! The entire process was smooth and hassle-free. The car itself was in impeccable condition, practically brand new, and its mileage was excellent. I was particularly impressed by the safety features it offered. The staff at Bala Cynwood Enterprise was incredibly friendly and helpful. John, in particular, got us into the car and took care of the checkout process. I also appreciated the convenience of being able to drop the keys in the drop box when they closed at 12pm on Saturday. I highly recommend Bala Cynwood Enterprise for their outstanding service, top-notch vehicles, and accommodating staff. It was a pleasure renting from them, and I look forward to doing so again in the future.
