        I came to Thomas with a request to wire a deposit from my PNC account to London, where I will be attending school this fall. The paperwork was extremely vague and the instructions were not correct. He was amazingly persistent! Most people that Ive run into over time would have NEVER spent the amount of time Thomas did to resolve my problem. He tried several options, made a phone call, and got my deposit to London! Thank you, Thomas!! Your actions went above and beyond my expectations!
