Jared is very nice and accommodating to my music needs. Prices are reasonable. As far as their work, I have yet to experience what talent they have. But I am very happy with the business and fast responses so far.

We started here based on several recommendations from neighbors. My 6 year old has been taking drum lessons at Rockdale for over a year and LOVES IT. Aside from being affordable, Rockdale teachers are professional and flexible. It’s easy to make, adjust, and keep lesson appointments that work for my busy family. Learning a new instrument can be challenging and even frustrating at times, but our instructor is patient and creative and always knows how to make difficult things fun and manageable.

“My two kids have been taking lessons at Rockdale Music for four years, and they have learned so much from their amazing and talented teachers. Our kids have been working with Jared, Cecilia, and the Rockdale teachers for years. They are truly gifted teachers that make music fun. Even during the pandemic the teachers found innovative ways to keep our kids engaged, successfully improving their musical skills while other after school activities languished . Live performances on a big stage that are recorded and streamed in private channel are great motivators for practicing. Before the pandemic these performances have led to numerous gigs including the Hard Rock Cafe in Philadelphia for our son's rock band (Go Crimson Sun!). Both of our kids have gained much more than musical skills with this experience, including self-confidence, experience performing in public, working together in a group, expanding creative expression, and making lasting friendships. This is a testament to the teachers, the students, and the environment Jared has built over the years! Rock on!
