I highly recommend Campbell Gerrard as a real estate agency. In Spring 2022, my aunt was looking to sell her prior house and purchase a new one in Delco. At the time we were struggling to find decent options that fit into her criteria (price, size, location, etc.). The market was tight as the availability of suitable properties in the area was quite limited. Also, with rising interest rates, we were very on the clock to 1) find a property and 2) to maximize the sale value of my aunts house.
However, thanks to Rob and Evas efforts were able to able find a house that was a perfect fit for my aunts needs. Additionally, on the selling side, they were able to generate a lot of interest (more than 20 showings) for her prior house, helping to maximize the sale price on her house.
Rob and Eva were very communicative and transparent. They went above and beyond for my aunt and I would highly recommend them to anyone in Delaware County looking to buy and sell residential real estate.
