I've hired Aron from Sump Pump Gurus on a number of occasions, and I've always been pleased with the results. He is trustworthy, courteous, thorough, fast, knowledgeable, and efficient. I have complete faith in him and wouldn't think twice about suggesting him to anybody in need. He is unquestionably beneficial to his company.

During today's sewage pump replacement service, Gerard from Sump Pump Gurus performed a fantastic job. He was polite, effective, and good-natured. The installation was flawless, from making sure he removed the old item before installing the new one to making sure he finished the job perfectly before leaving. He has my unequivocal recommendation.

A backlog of sewage from the city caused the basement to flood. Nick was outstanding! He entered, identified the issue, and cut the pipe heading outside, causing the water to subside. The cleaning is now ongoing, and restoration work will follow. Nick suggested that we install a sump pump, which I will arrange for next week by calling the company this morning. I don't ever want to experience this again!

Appropriately called is Sump Pump Gurus. Never before have I felt more at ease having a plumber in my house. In installing our sump pump, Paul and Mike demonstrated their professionalism and courtesy. The whole procedure, from the dispatch to the invoice, was first-rate. I will only think of one plumbing business moving forward.

A week after the sump pump was restored, I need a new sewage pump. Gerard was equally fantastic and offered assistance the next day. My expectations have been surpassed by these people and Sump Pump Gurus. Without a doubt, I would recommend them and would keep using their services anytime I needed plumbing help. When I later needed a new sump pump, Paul from Sump Pump Gurus was highly recommended. He was proficient, respectful, and diligent in his work. They performed a fantastic job, and I would highly recommend them.
