Not one to leave reviews, but I absolutely had to give a shout out to my guy, Ryan Cavanaugh! This is the second time I have used him (to buy my first home over 5 years ago and then turned around and used him to sell it ). Ryan is very knowledgeable, friendly, responds promptly, and made my first experience buying a home memorable and it was even easier using him to sell it. I stayed in touch with him because not only is he professional and trustworthy, but hes also a good person. I would give him 6 stars if google would let me. Whether youre looking to buy or sell, give this man a call.

Ryan Cavanaugh, Help me buy my first home and made things easy for us. And he also made it so easy for us to sale my house. Great Realtor. Was referred to Ryan by a family friend and am really glad I was! Was super helpful and very informative throughout every step of the way- going above and beyond what is expected of a Realtor. From first walk through of a house, inspecting, paperwork steps etc. Great experience! Will definitely be back for future purchases/sales
