I was very impressed with the service provided. They texted when the tech was on his way with his photo and name. He was pleasant and explained the age of the unit, what services he performed and what future service may be necessary. I will be calling for the service he said will be needed.

George was wonderful. Was very responsive about his appointment time,. Then came in and accessed the issue. Gave me a quote with options and explained each one. And was able to complete the job, which was no small job, all at the end of a work day. My daughter has running water with no worries about the water heater leaking. Thank you!!. We had a an estimate for a gas line and some other work on Wednesday afternoon. Tyler returned with 3 other employees on Thursday morning. Despite having to move a stove from the garage to our kitchen in a rain storm, the house was left spotless. Great, professional work.

We dealt with a plumbing issue for several days. Tried numerous DIY or home remedies that just didnt work this time. Contacted PlumbPro through the website, it was very easy to set up an appointment for the next day. They even called and said somebody could come earlier due to a cancellation. George was very friendly and professional. Explained to me the whole time what he was doing and put together a list of possible options and costs. He quickly resolved our issue for us, and even though plumbing is never inexpensive it seems, I was just ready to have this problem solved and the customer service side of things was top notch.
