Patrick O'Donnell and his team was able to jump in and follow through when my 1st first lender dropped the ball almost at the finish line. I would highly recommend Pat & Loan Depot. Pat even came to closing. The whole process went very smooth and they explained every step of the way. That is important when you are buying your first home.

Patrick is the type of loan officer you need on your side, especially for first-time home buyers. From the onset of our home buying process I was looking for someone that would be patient, professional, flexible, transparent, and active but not pushy. Patrick checks all of those boxes. It took us ~6 months to find a home, yet Patrick remained committed to providing exceptional customer service and support. He was not just responsive to all of our questions, but was very proactive in making sure the process to approval was as smooth and as clear as possible. We love our new home!! My advice to current or future home-seekers: Be patient when searching, do your homework, and before you lock-in with another lender, try giving Patrick a call!

Pat was such a pleasure to work with throughout our entire home buying experience. When my wife and I decided that buying a home could be in our near future, Pat sat down with us to let us know how he could help us, how he works with his clients, and thoroughly and clearly answered any questions we had. This consultation was valuable in explaining what the whole process looks like and providing a realistic timeline and expectations. His knowledge of the mortgage rate environment and general mortgage industry was impressive. Throughout the pre-approval process, house search, and closing, Pat was quick to respond to any calls and emails and follow through on our estimate requests. He was very proactive and communicated well with our real estate agent and homeowners agent. His drive to help us and ensure a smooth process was all done while navigating the early stages of the pandemic in summer of 2020.
