Above and beyond service. I called Yanni to ask for how to start the process of business interruption insurance because the oven at my restaurant broke and was going to be a week to get a repairman out (and that was after searching for hours to even get that appointment). Yanni didn't just send me over information but actually found me someone that was able to come out in 2 hours to get it back up and running. It saved me so much headache and hassle. I've never had an insurance agent do that, and care enough to help in this way. Now I know why he calls himself "the restaurant agent". Well-deserved title, great job and highly recommend.

Diane Bridger is the best as is the entire organization. She dealt with the insurance adjuster even though it wasn't technically "her job"... Top notch service and Diane's turn-around time for calls or emails is superb. Can't recommend her and Emmanuel enough. A+
