When I took over CHI Institute, many years ago, I needed a cleaning company that would deliver a high standard of cleaning that I required. I went through three cleaning companies until I met Luis from Quality Cleaners. He stood by his word telling me that everything would be done to the best of his ability , and he did exactly that. I know that Luis is a good man. This is a direct reflection on how he wants his company and what he stands for and how much he cares for the people that he works for. When I hire a contractor, there is so many things that are necessary for you to have to make it a good professional, working relationship. Honesty, integrity, fairness knowledge. I need all of the aspects in a professional relationship to be there so I could completely trust who is working for me. Well Luis did fit that bill. He cares about what he does. He delivers the highest of quality, and he is a man of his word. Through all of these years And all of the facilities that I took care of, I brought Luis with me and gave him other accounts as well. Luis, the owner, is wonderful to work with. He is extremely accommodating, flexible, and pleasant. Our facility is not easy to clean, and Luis and his team do their best!

Their invoicing and payment methods are straight forward and time efficient. I particularly like our assigned cleaning person, Yesli. She shows up everyday and keeps in touch with us to ensure that our cleaning needs are met.
