        WELL BRITTANY IF WE FILED A TAX RETURN FOR A PERSON WE ASK THEM WHAT THEIR FILING STATUS IS AND IF YOUR IEX HUSBAND DID GAVE US HIS FILING STATUS THAT IS WHAT HE TOLD US AND WE WOULD HAVE FILED AS WE WERE TOLD BY THE CUSTOMER. WE DON'T KNOW ANYONES FILING STATUS UNTIL THEY TELL US.

        I don't know how this place is ran or what laws they follow but they filed my EX husbands taxes as married filing separate (we are legally divorced and have been) and attached my SSN (as a spouse) to his taxes causing mine to be rejected. What a mess I'm now left to deal with. Filing identity theft papers with the IRS as we speak. I would not recommend going to this place!!
