My husband and I walked into Appalachian Running Company today looking for a proper running shoe that would alleviate my hip pain. This was our first time in the store and were impressed by how clean, bright, and modern looking it was. We were assisted by Dean. Dean listened to my troubles and asked me some questions. Afterward, he had a few suggestions. He brought out three types of shoes that he felt would work best for me. As I tried on each shoe, Dean gave me the info about them. We landed on the Brooks Ghost 14 and an insert. he even helped us out by using a coupon he had at the counter. It was a good experience overall and we will visit again.

This was my first time here and I absolutely loved it. Upon first walking in, there is a large crowd of workers that are happy to help. John came over and measured my foot in multiple ways before getting the right shoe for me. Great guy to work with. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for almost any type of shoe.
