Wait time. I must say while this little ceasers generally has a friendly staff and pretty good food, both their wait times and communication of wait times could definitely use some work. The last couple times I have come in here, there has been a large group of people standing in the waiting room looking confused as to why their orders are taking so long. When I went to order my hot-n-ready, they told me it would be a 10-15 minute wait. 45 min later and I am standing here writing this review. No one has communicated to me telling me why my order is taking so long. Also I am not the only one and this is not the first time. I understand getting large orders and having a shortage of staff, but I think they should change some of their processes - starting with better communication to the customer.

They need a better way to keep track of who is next, the waiting area isn't a very comfortable place when there are more than 5 people and nobody knows who is next.
