Joe the salesman was great when I made my purchase. He answered all my questions and told me what to expect from my warranty etc. Brady called to inform me that my delivery was going to be delayed by one day, it was understandable, things happen. I called in later to see if I could change it to pick up, but he told me he had a delivery crew coming in later and would add me to their route. I was very happy and very appreciative that he made it happen for me! The delivery guys were great, I didn't catch their names, but very courteous and helpful. I was already recommending this place before I even received my couch! Because of the prices and customer service, I will definitely be back! Thank you!

Our experience started out a bit bumpy due to a computer glitch. We gave away our furniture planning on ours being delivered within several days. Que the glitch. These folks jumped through hoops to make things right. We are beyond satisfied with how the Altoona PA store went above and beyond to make us happy. If you stop in, ask for Eli, he is an absolute gem, or the store manager Aaron. You wont regret it. We were so pleased we ended up purchasing a kitchen table and chairs along with our Winslow Saddle Manual Recliner and Loveseat. One Million Stars!!! Thank you Eli and Aaron!! I should also note, the delivery guys were prompt and professional. They also get One Million Stars!

Brady Mekins was such a great help & knowledgeable without any sales pressure. I got exactly what I was looking for. Everyone there was so nice. I will defiantly recommend this store to any friends or family looking for furniture or appliances!
