The Elizabeth Apartments

My husband and I moved into the Elizabeth apartments in 2019. We lived there for 3 years. The apartements are beautiful! They are very up to date with nice floors, kitchens and big windows! During our time there we had 2 children and rented a second apartment for our parents. Unfortunately our family got too big and we were ready to own our own house. Laura is excellent. Very approachable, organized and quickly responds to concerns. You will see her cleaning around the building and she is very good at maintaining the upkeep of this building. We appreciate the fact that we can live there with our cats. The other tenants are friendly. Would definitely recommend these apartments to friends and colleagues.

My husband and I lived at The Elizabeth Apartments for almost a year and a half, and truly loved every moment of it! The building is beautifully renovated but still maintains its original charm, has great amenities (gym and laundry facilities, keyless entry, use of the Butterfly system, covered parking, brand new kitchen appliances, central AC/heating, and more), great proximity to quite literally everything in town, is very pet friendly, and always felt so safe. Laura is a fantastic landlord to work with!! She is super responsive, friendly, and considerate of every tenant. As excited as we were to buy our first home, we knew we were really going to miss living here. We would HIGHLY recommend choosing The Elizabeth Apartments if you're looking for a place to call home in the Altoona area! :)

This is such a great place to stay. The appliances and look of the apartment are new and modern while at the same time the apartment feels cozy and homey. Wahser and dryer on premises is convenient. Management is fantastic and super nice. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for an apartment.

I called the Elizabeth Apartments home for over 3 years. I loved loved loved being there. I made friends there that I still have. Laura, the owner, was amazing and allowed me to make the apartment home. There is no place like it in Altoona. I will miss my modern corner apartment. If youre looking for a home where youll be happy to arrive at every day your search is done.

This is an amazing place to live. From the location, to the apartments, to the management the Elizabeth is the best apartment Ive ever had the pleasure to live at. The apartments are completely modern and beautiful contrasted to the exposed brick halls giving you a sense of the historic building you live in. I couldnt say better things about the residence. I wish I had an Elizabeth where Im at right now! Not to mention Laura is extremely helpful and responds to your issues quickly. All in all if you are thinking about living here, the answer is do it!
