        My experience with having a virtual appointment for the first time was good. Only thing is my appointment was at 3:15 and for some reason I lost internet connection but it showed I was online and that the staff could see I was online. I disconnected after waiting 15 minutes then got a call 15 minutes after asking if I could get on because the doctor will join at that time. I went back on and still waited at least 10 mins.

        I have had to visit this MedExpress for nonemergency things for work. Jared Strait is and excellent PA-C and the med assistants who work in the office are friendly. This site is well run, clean and convenient.
