I got in twice with no delay. Headed to Africa this month - first visit was a consult 2 months ago - only took 1 month to get on the schedule. The Dr took her time and was very thorough and explained all the risks, pros/cons of optional vaccinations. I felt she was truly looking out for our best interest physically, financially, etc.. There was one optional vaccination we initially said no to; however, we decided better to be safe than sorry given the country we had a layover in. I called back and got an appt the same week to just get the vaccination. Either they made changes or I got lucky because my experience is opposite of the prior negative reviews.

Have called many a time in the past 2 weeks for an appointment as we are going abroad for the first time with 2yr old son. Am yet waiting on a phone call. No call back and no one answers the phone.

Had the most positive experience. They were thorough, patient and a joy to work with!! Will use them for all our travel needs!!

Their impossible to get into and definitely won't see you if you just need vaccinations, only if you get the full blown consult.
