I got screwed, they told me to go Walmart to buy what I need that they will be there to meet with me and they never show up, after I call there many times they say they already help me??????? How if we never met up , who's got my clothes and more ?? because I never have it. They keep the money for them self , they buy for them self.

Went there heavily pregnant for assistance. The women were rude to me, reduced me to tears two days in a row. When I called and left messages they were never returned. When I finally got a hold of someone her exact words were "I'm a receptionist , I don't have to return calls" ... So what do you do then bc last time I checked answering the phone and returning calls is the basic job functions of a receptionist. I didnt understand the process, and it wasnt explained very clearly to me. They spoke to me in a very condescending manner while I asked the simplest of questions. I recorded the entire thing on video too, so I would love to have someone reach out to me To discuss the lack of professionalism and compassion that was displayed. Everyone who has seen the video has been appalled. The woman opened the door and said what do you want... if these people had any other job in society, they would be fired for the way they treat people. Its frankly unacceptable. People go there because they need help and theyre in bad situations. I was renting from someone who was illegally renting an apartment and I didnt know. I was, as previously stated, heavily pregnant, and in a terrible situation. All they did was make me feel Ashamed to have to ask for help. They treat you like youre nothing, like youre worth less than the dirt on the bottom of their shoes. also, I find it interesting that every time I go in the receptionist has big sunglasses on. Typically, when people wear sunglasses inside Its to hide their eyes because theyre very clearly under the influence. While I hope thats not the case, the attitude and demeanor of said receptionist was aggravated , almost aggressive and it wouldn't surprise me. and the worst part about it is, they know that everywhere else around here is out of funding and can no longer help people. So if you actually need the help, you have no choice, but to be treated like you're nothing and shut up and take it because you need the help.

They try with all their hearts to give the best they can. And they do it having to deal with circumstances and situations that come their way. they're good people.
