Do not use this place. So when I was looking for Solar and a roof, this company was in the pool for a bid, the person they sent out was 1 hour late and reeked of weed. Then he tried to do a hard sell on us for what we knew was way above market. Fast Forward a bit of time they keep calling me and my wife, legitimately it seems like 3 to 7 calls a month, I tell them that I can have a company that sends employees that are high to my home, and that I would not use them for that reason, and to please take me off their leads list, and to not call again. This does nothing apparently, because they keep calling over and over like a debt collector, always from a new number that I haven't blocked yet. Today a very rude man, 'Bernard' calls, threatening to fight me, I've had it, I've reported them to the state AG for harassment, and can not recommend anyone use a company that treats anyone let alone someone that could have been a customer like this.

So far things have been running smoothly, communication has been very good so far. All of our questions have been answered. We are ready for the installation to begin today.

Pinnacle and interiors install my system before Christmas. The solo installers did a great job with the installation. Pinnacle was very responsive and addressing any issues I may have had this is my third solar insulation and Im very pleased.

They made the process of getting the new roof and solar installed on our house easy for us. Everyone communicated with us regularly. And any issues I had were addressed promptly and professionally.
