My friend referred us to Sean, and I am so thankful we went with this realtor. I was overwhelmed with placing my mother in a memory care unit and cleaning out her house. The thought of trying to get it ready to sell seemed insurmountable. Sean took care of everything including having new carpeting installed, new counters put in and having the place painted. I know people who have waited quite a long time to have work done, but everything happened so quickly. It would have taken me longer to select a paint color than it did for him to organize the renovations. When I say I didnt have to worry about anything, I am not exaggerating. The photographer he used was also really good and able to quickly get the photographs done. Communication was excellent from beginning to end, and everything proceeded smoothly. The transaction coordinator, Melissa was also awesome, and quickly took care of all the details. I will be forever grateful for everything Sean accomplished. I simply cannot bestow enough accoladessimply the best!

Sean LaSalle is the best real estate professional in the world. Period. We got to know Sean when we were looking for a home having moved to New Jersey from Germany. We had never bought a home before in the US and were not familiar with the real estate scene at all. Sean took us by the hand and walked us through every step during the crazy market of 2021-2022. Sean is incredibly patient and knowledgeable. Every time we went to a house, we had a pre-inspection where Sean, using his vast knowledge of what makes a good house, would explain the strengths and weaknesses of the house. Sean has an incredible intuition concerning the fair price for the house, which allowed us to make competitive offers on excellent properties. For one of the houses, there was some uncertainty concerning an easement on the property. Sean dug up the detailed report of the easement, which indicated a pipeline running across the property. This led to us withdrawing an offer for the house. Without Seans help, we would not have been able to make the right call. Sean truly goes above and beyond the call of duty. It was only with this honest and astute guidance were we able to find a beautiful home for us. We were lucky to have Sean helping us.
