        I am a neighbor to a property Full Circle just contracted. There was a fallen part of tree on the property(approximately 20 feet in length from the storms) and the yard was in disarray. I Learned Full Circle would be taking over the contract from a previous property management company who did bare minimum outdoor maintenance. Krstine shared with me they just recently got the contract. They learned of the fallen tree and condition of the yard. She told me it would be taken care of soon. To mmy pleasant surprise, it was done the very next day. Full Circle did an excellent job with the tree, the yard is no longer in disarray and they mowed the grass. I am very impressed with Kristine reaching out to me to assure me everything would get taken care of properly. Well, Kristine's word is on the mark. Thank you Full Circle Realty and Property Management!!!

As a real estate investor from out of state, Kristine has been critical to the success of our properties and has done a better job than we could do ourselves. She is proactive, responsive and detail-oriented. She knows the market well and has a large network of professionals at her disposal so she always has a solution when an issue arises. We never need to follow up or ask for status updates because shes always one step ahead of us.       Larry- considering your property manager just hung up with you 2 minutes before you left this review- we were clearly available to address your concerns with your roof leak. However, considering it has been raining since Sunday night (and is now Wednesday) and is not supposed to stop until Friday morning there is nothing that we can do as our roofer cannot get on the roof to address your issues until the weather clears. As your property manager also explained to you on the phone- we already have him scheduled for you on Friday or Saturday-mother nature permitting within 10 minutes after you called he was notified. I guess this constitutes "horrible"
