    Original review 5 stars: We hired Revive to install our xmas lights. Our home looked wonderful. The entire job was Professional, responsive, excellent value. We will continue to use their services in the future. Thanks for being on time and making xmas lights be something we look forward to each year. Update: Regrettably, I must amend my review from 5 to 2 stars due to a significant decline in customer service. After noticing scratches on our door frame post-installation, I reached out to Revive, to inquire whether it might be related to their work. Despite multiple attempts to communicate, the response from Revive was non-existent. After a crew who had not done the install came to take pictures of the damage I never heard back! Today, the Revive crew came to my home to perform the customary uninstall. I called Revive's office again to inquire about the door frame. I received a call from Sam, a manager at Revive, his approach was defensive and dismissive. He not only disregarded my concerns but also communicated in a condescending and mocking manner. As a loyal customer who had praised and recommended their services, I expected Revive to at least consider the possibility of their involvement in the damage and communicate back in a timely, respectful, and professional manner. To let me know that they had given my concern serious thought and that -this is important- even if they disagreed with the possibility, that they'd taken time to evaluate the photos, the install, and the possibility of the front door garland's hard wires sticking out from the ends seriously. The experience of being spoken to by Sam, has overshadowed the initial satisfaction with their installation service. It's important to note that the installation and uninstallation teams with whom I interacted briefly were always kind, punctual, and fully deserving of a 5-star rating. However, the lack of proper communication and the disrespectful treatment doled out by management compels me to advise potential customers to be cautious. While the quality of the installation might be high, you may find yourself getting a call from Sam after being ignored for many weeks, letting you know that he is calling you "from-home" as if you'd made that a requirement, giving you an education on scratches and home improvement that he will label as being "direct" though its disrespectful, all while you're interrupted and he repeatedly fails to acknowledge that you even had a concern at all. Post-service customer care and communication are severely lacking.
