The absolute worst pharmacy to deal with, pharmacists are SO rude and the least bit personable. I have to call every single month because they ignore the delivery method & 50% of the time dont even put it out for delivery after that. Finally got my prescription delivered 10 days later & went without my medication for 3.

Use your own pharmacy. Had my husband waiting for his pain meds for over an hour after being discharged from the burn unit. Then proceeded to ignore him while he stood at the counter for ten minutes. No rush for the fact he is in pain. Thus needs to be better coordinated for the patient's care and comfort And then the technicians were laughing at him

Terrible service. My doc called in a script. I called four hours later and they said it wasnt ready. Fine. When will it be ready? I dont know. Today? I dont know.. were busy. Tomorrow? I dont know. Maybe. Why dont you call back tomorrow.

I receive a med that needs to be refrigerated at all times. I have been on it for years. Other pharmacies would ship it in a Styrofoam cooler with 1 in thick walls and 8-10 pharm grade ice packs as per the manufacturer's reccomendations. It would come with a digital thermometer to make sure the meds were at a safe temp the entire time in shipping. Never had a hot med delivered except when FedEx held med for 4 days in 100 degrees. Since I started getting the med from this pharmacy, it ships in a a soft shipping pack with 2 mini cold packs. I call and schedule delivery of the med via FedEx overnight. Instead of shipping it same day oerdered, they mistakenly place it in the pick up bin, not the shipment bin. They let the med sit for days in their pick up bin in the pharmacy before you call them again to see where the med is. Then, they ship out the med that was sitting unrefrigerated and say it is safe to use. The med can not warm up more than 4 hrs before it is not safe to use. I have spoken to the pharmacists before and they told me they did studies on the shipping procedure and they never had any issues. This is a lie as the manufacturer has done studies that show one cannot use thin, cool envelopes and 2 ice packs especially in 100 degrees. Need coolers, 8 ice packs and need to monitor the temp. I only use this pharmacy as it is required by insurance. I cannot wait to be off this insurance. Avoid this pharmacy if at all possible.
