Woefully understaffed. It took about 1 hour and 20 minutes after selecting my frames to actually buy a pair of glasses and it was early afternoon on a weekday. Mike did the best he possibly could considering the position that Visionworks management put him in.

Stephanie is an amazing asset to the staff here! She was such an amazing help when I broke my glasses not even a week after getting them. What seemed to be an impossible fix she fixed them for me, really going above and beyond in customer care!

Dear Visionworks Representatives, although I have been a Visionworks customer for several years I have finally decided to move on because I can never get through to anyone on your telephone system. I received an email or text message from Visionworks company asking me to tell them if I was satisfied with their services and upon trying to respond by phone I was not able to get through to anyone and that made me feel very disconnected, unimportant, more like a number than a valued customer and for that reason and also because you didn't have the type of eyeglass wear design that I was looking for I decided to move on. I'm sure it's nobody's fault I'm sure everybody is working very hard and I have to say the people who I have had the pleasure of being served by they were all very wonderful so it's nobody's fault but I would imagine because the company is so big and they are working so hard there's nobody has time to answer the phone. Well I don't think I'll be missed I'm just one person out of the thousands of customers that you have so much continue success. Thank you!

Omg. Mike is so helpful. Really a Nice guy. He fixes my glasses pretty often and is always pleasant and makes sure i leave a happy customer.
