Walmart Auto Care Centers

The auto care used to be great, but now it's the worst. I called them, and after two minutes of ringing, an employee picked up, put me on hold, and never came back, even after waiting 20 minutes. Every call after that was ignored. So, I decided to go in, and guess what? Found two employees just chatting away. Asked if they could service my car, and they said they were too busy and couldn't do it, only offering an appointment at the end of the month. When I asked about the ignored calls, they just said they were too "busy" out in the garage. Walmart really needs to get their act together if they care about their auto center business.

I called all week to get an appointment, but no one ever answered the phone. So I decided to drive over there to make an appointment. When I arrived I was able to be seen right away. The technicians were friendly. Excellent customer service. Went in for an oil change, I was in and out in less than 30 mins and it was a Saturday morning. So glad I went.

Horrible! Drove 20 mintes to find out the location is closed even though I have appointment . This is the second time I am getting no service even with appointment. Never coming back to Walmart Auto.

Very helpful when I needed a tire on my mom in laws car!! Good price also!! Couldn't b more satisfied with the guys there!! Thanx
