        Poor management. Employees wont give a damm if you are standing there to ask a question or even to checkout they would just stand there chewing gums & talking to each other

        Got an awesome laptop for a great deal.... Nearly 50% off. I had some questions but Noah was great! Knowledgeable and friendly. It showed they had ONE in stock and he thought it meant the display model... but he went on a quest, was gone awhile but after 10 minutes, he came walking over with my new laptop under his arm. Noah deserves some recognition and I hope corporate/supervisors see this and realize what an asset he is for Staples

        Do NOT get your TSA pre check done at this location. Appointment made for 1:30 and people who did not have appointments were taken ahead of me. Waiting 45 minutes after my appointment time- no updates from those working, moving at a snails pace with a line. Will never come here again, get your TSA precheck done elsewhere

        I was picking up an order from the print center and dropped my keys inside a hole in the counter. A worker named Andrea made sure to help me retrieve my keys, which she did. God bless her. Thank you again, Andrea! She deserves a bonus but I wanted to recognize the fact that she went above and beyond for me. She's a great asset to the team there.
