Premier is a shady company. I found that there was a mortgage with my name on it that my ex had taken out without my knowledge. Naturally he must have forged my signature. I called and asked for the original paperwork and was told they could get it for me. Called them back a few days later and, no surprise, they were not able to retrieve it.

I used them to get my mortgage a few years ago. They were amazing. I wish I remember who had helped me so I can help you contact someone, but if you are in need of excellent help, call them!

Premier was OUTSTANDING... Until I mentioned a competitor.I did some heavy online mortgage shopping when I found Candi's great review of a local broker.  Preferring to stay with a local broker, I gave Premier a shot and filled out the online application.I heard back from someone pretty quickly.  I made it clear that I was shopping around.  Shortly after the initial conversation, I had a moderate injury and was not in a condition to deal with this, so some time went by between follow ups.  Steve (the office GM), followed up with me a few times to check on how I was doing (both personally and with my mortgage).  He was extremely friendly and professional, I was really comfortable with him and looking forward to moving forward when we felt the rates were 'best'.  Even though there was some confusion on term (I wanted 30, they quoted 15 up front), they were extremely professional, courteous, and helpful.  I was thoroughly impressed and was ready to start sharing with all of my friends. In between that time, a friend highly recommended another local mortgage broker, so I gave them a shot.  Then, rates dropped and everything happened very quickly.  The competitor (GMH) came back with a rate that was .25% lower at similar costs.  I gave Premier a chance to come back and match.  Steve was not available, so I spoke to someone else who indicated there was no way they would be able to match the rate from a competing lendor.  So, I moved forward with GMH.The next day, rates had dropped again (3.6 for a 30-year).  Steve called me back and offered a slightly LOWER rate than even GMH.  I told Steve I had already signed with GMH after speaking with his staff the day prior.  There was a definite change in tone at that point.  He said he would remove all my info and we ended the conversation professionally.I called GMH and shared Premier's rate.  Larry at GMH said he might not be able to match, but I could cancel and go with Premier (despite them already running credit, signing documents, etc.) if I really wanted to.  I called Steve back (within 5-10 minutes) to indicate I'd like to give him another chance.  His tone then became very negative.  He told me he'd already destroyed my information and I would need to re-apply.  He was very resistant to provide any guidance at that point.  I asked how much info he'd need and he replied, "Not everything again, but we'll need the ~$450 application fee up front since you're jumping all over the place." - At that point, it was very clear Steve was upset that I was looking elsewhere.  He really let it show too much.  I was a HUGE fan of Premier before this event, but that left a terrible taste in my mouth.  I made it very clear I was exploring other brokers, gave Premier a chance to match another local lender's rate, but to Steve, I was 'jumping around' too much.  Unfortunately, the change in attitude was just too much to overlook for me.  I ended up closing with GMH, they DID match Premier's rate, and provided outstanding, professional service the whole way.  Larry at GMH was an absolutely unbelievable professional.  I would highly recommend talking to Larry

We closed on our first home just this week...and I can be certain that without the hard work of the folks at Premier, we probably would not have closed on time.We had a good list of mortgage brokers & banks to talk to...recommendations from our Realtor, other friends who are Realtors, friends who had recently closed on homes, etc.  We chose Premier because they had done a lot of work with our Realtor in the past with good results and their fees were pretty mid-level (a few hundred dollars more expensive than some of their competition - but by no means the most expensive in the bunch).  We'd heard too many horror stories of the cheap mortgage companies providing GFEs at application that were so much higher than intial estimates, or simply letting their clients hang in limbo.  For as large as a transaction as this was for us, I felt it was worth a few hundred to feel comfortable that things would go as planned. We worked very closely with Pedro Torres.  He did our pre-approval and walked us through the application process very thoroughly.  As we were building new construction, we knew that we had to start early in order to meet the mortgage commitment date in our contract, so we worked with Pedro for about 6 months from contract to closing.  He never made us felt stupid by our 38489 questions that probably were stupid.  Once we were past application, we continued to work with him but often worked with his processor, Tanya.  Tanya was pleasant, quick to respond to emails and made sure we were kept abreast of any additional paperwork was needed.  Both Pedro & Tanya met our expectations and then some. But what really blew us away with Premier was how well they dealt with the last few days before closing.  Between the snowmageddons of February and the tightening labor/materials market because of the tax credit, our home fell behind schedule (like just about every other home in the Valley, it seems).  We knew that things would be tight to close on time, but no one imagined that it would run as close as it did.  Pedro worked tirelessly on our behalf that last 36 hours, bouncing between our Realtor, the FHA inspector, and the builder to make sure that we were going to close on the 30th so that we'd get our tax credit...even showed up at our home after hours to meet with the builder the night before settlement to work things out.  I don't know many brokers who would do that, and we're unbelievably grateful for his above-and-beyond service.  While I sat at home and worried, I worried a lot less that I normally would because I knew that we had hired the right team to get things done.We reached the closing table within a few percent of our initial closing cost estimate & GFE, with keys in hand in time for the tax credit.  We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Premier to anyone; make sure to ask for Pedro!
