Would highly recommend Jayme if you are looking to buy or sell! She worked with myself and my mother simultaneously to ensure our buying/selling process was smooth, especially in this unpredictable market. She was a wealth of knowledge, especially as a first time homebuyer, making sure I understood the process and met deadlines appropriately. She was a huge advocate as well and was one call or text away, and made it clear that she will continue to be available even after closing to answer any questions.

Jayme Kerr was very professional in her guidance during the entire sale of my late Dad's house. Being from out of the area, I was referred to Jayme Kerr by a local Berkshire Hathaway office. I needed to sell a property to settle an estate for which I am executrix. I could not have been more pleased. Jayme went above and beyond what I expected to help get the property sold quickly, and at a good price. Jayme handled all the details to have the property ready for sale, and arranged all settlement details. She was very responsive, and was always available if I had any questions.
