Baird Medical Equipment

I called Baird this morning asking what brand names of rollators they carry. I was told McKesson was one of them. I get down there, 20 min ridge, and all they had was one Medline. The girls there are not helpful or friendly on the phone. Poor customer service.

I had a very pleasant experience picking up the equipment needed for after my knee replacement surgery. Staff was very professional and caring.

Not Pleased After Speaking To A Representative Named Randy Today September 19. When someone says they are going "above and beyond" for you and they haven't done anything? Well I find these words to be quite uncomfortable number one because when you're helping someone you don't toss it back at them. Number two you actually help them before you have anything to say! This was the first time I spoke to her. Between my doctor's office and this medical supply I have a major headache! This is unacceptable that both of you can't seem to get your act together. And I was trying to set up a transfer from another medical supply who was even worse! Dear Lord in heaven is all I have to say about this experience

Dina at reception was very helpful when I went to get a nebulizer for my wife. I didn't have a clue. When I got home I couldn't figure out how to add the medication. I went back and said help and she did. She was very professional the way she helped me. She is a credit to your organization.
