    Terrible communication for timely issues. Grossly unprofessional in their review and recommendations, poor follow up. I can only imagine how inept they would be if there was a serious claim. Inconsistent reports and found wandering around my property with a camera ! Standing on my porch and photographing the most ridiculous detail and citing " cosmetic " ( actual words on report ) as cause for cancellation. No claims from this Home Owner and shame on you for your questionable business practices. I am yanking my auto policy away from this deplorable company !

    Least favorite place its a big office building big office for only auto insurance can't talk to them about homeowners insurance there its on a whole other system this is a joke considering Brian Larson a insurance adjuster from them wont do his job and call people back and didnt do his job and take pictures of the personal loss in a basement leak

    I had Progressive for over four years. I got into a financial downfall, they canceled me for non payment, which is understandable. I had to get a new quote with Progressive to have my policy reinstated. That quote was extremely high. Progressive said the quote was high due to the lapse in policy. I decided to get quotes elsewhere. The next quote was also extremely high. That company explained it was high because of two accidents. I explained to the them I did not have two accidents. They said Progressive was reporting it that way. I contacted Progressive and spoke with the claim adjuster. He stated it was reported correctly, I tried speaking with him to correct the matter but realized there was no point. I went ahead and paid a higher premium, over $2000 more because of those accidents reported. Here it is five months later, Im trying to get another quote for a lower rate but ran into the same problem. One of the insurance companies I received a quote from explained everything, down to the process of having the issue corrected. I followed their advice, inquired my abstract from motor vehicle showing no accidents or tickets. I also went to the police department and got a copy of the accident reports. Those reports clearly show my son was driving in both accidents and his drivers license number was reported. I contacted Progressive once again, remind you its five months later, with all of the proof. This time the adjuster made the corrections showing my son was driving in both accidents, I was not even present for either accident. At this time the adjuster took responsibility for the mistake and emailed me documentation with the corrections. However, Progressive has not corrected the information with LexisNexis. I filled a dispute with LexidNexis. Progressive still has not responded to that dispute to correct the information. To make matters worse, even though they cost me thousands of dollars and continue to do so, by reporting information incorrectly, they have now sent me to collections for $438 for non payment. Now its making it impossible to get cheaper insurance. I contacted Progressive about this issue but no one will take accountability. Ive been loyal to Progressive and maintained my home owners insurance with them, even through all of this. I will now be canceling that policy and take my business elsewhere. Be very careful with Progressive, you may or may not get cheaper insurance but their customer service is horrible. No matter how loyal or dedicated you are to them, they dont treat you the same way. Throughout this whole process not one agent seemed to care or know how to address the issues at hand. I would not recommend Progressive, go elsewhere. Find a company that cares for its clientele.
