Terrible customer service and incompetent staff. They're worried more about their ego and pride than ensuring customers are taken care of. I was a customer for ten years. I had an Aprilaire 5000 air filter installed by them years ago. They change the air filter during their yearly check and I change it six months later. It's a simple system you just need to pull out the cartridge, clean off the housing and grate, replace the filter and slide it back in. In June when they did their yearly check, they damaged the system to where I cannot pull it out to do maintenance. When I called to have them fix the issue, they deflected and claimed it must have been something I did. That I shouldn't even be touching it, when the techs themselves told me to have it changed repeatedly. The manager was clearly looking for a fight more than make sure their customer was taken care of. So they won't come out and fix the issue. They won't even investigate. I called another place to schedule service. The new HVAC company asked me to send a picture of the label inside the furnace, well what do I find when I remove the panel? There's a hand towel left under the pump, which per the new company is a fire hazard. I would not recommend this place and suggest take your business anywhere else.
