The location convenient. The mattress was not comfortable at all.
Rooms: The king room was very nice and roomy.

Well stocked clean rooms. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hot breakfast bar I was a big plus. Would recommend I dont drink but I understand they have a bar and grill in house.

It was awesome, but they do need to upgrade the books in the rooms because the books say that checkout is at 12,but my wife and I received a knock at the door at 10:45 saying that checkout was at 11:00.

WOW. What a horrible experience. I waited 15 minutes at the front desk for ANYONE to show up. I stood there with no one at the entire front desk area. Finally when a person showed up, she was upset for some reason. I told her how disappointed I was and said I just want to check in. She refused. So - after 15 minutes of waiting - and one comment expressing my frustration - I was not allowed the room I prepaid.
I will talk with managers later but this person was wrong and I got stuck because her company only had her on shift. NOT MY ISSUE. Don't yell at me because your company only had you that night.
HORRIBLE. Will escalate this
