I ordered the Lovely Lavender Medley arrangement. In the description, it says, Hand-designed in a clear cylinder vase with cascading greenery all around. . . The bouquet in the picture looks full. What was delivered was a smaller bouquet in a tall, dark colored vase. This is not what I ordered nor is it what was described. Very disappointed. If the bouquet pictured is a deluxe version, it should be stated in the description.
2/12/24 update: I reached out to Rich Mar over the weekend and spoke with John who resent the bouquet with the correct vase. It was received this morning and is as described. I appreciate Rich Mars response and have updated my rating. Both deliveries were sent promptly. I do wish the order could have been correct the first time but do appreciate their response to my review.
