Jim and his team are incredible. From day one Jim made us comfortable picking out the style we liked and gave us very reasonable options within our budget. I want to really commend the group of guys that put in our new hardwood and refinished our existing floors. They got a quality job done ahead of schedule and respected the area in our home. We love the flooring so much that we want to do the bathrooms now too. Mark is also such a pleasure to work with. When discussing redoing our bathroom floor, he took the time to orient us to the different styles available and what might work best in our situation. Mark's a true professional. Very happy with the work they did to remove carpeting and install hardwood flooring to match the existing floors. Job was done quickly, cleanly and they explained the process prior to starting any work, so there were no surprises. Would go to them first when we do the rest of the second floor.

The hardwood floors in my home were damaged by a contractor and I wasn't sure that they would be able to be restored. East Penn's work went beyond simply "restoring" the floors -- they look better now than they ever did before. The work was done professionally and was an incredible value.
