Rite Aid - Closed

I only could select one star but I would had rather had NO stars because the experience I indured on my visit to the pharmacy was just awful and stressful. Dropped off script at 10:45am and ask pharmacy Associate how long and she said an hour so I came back around 3:30pm and medication was not ready, the pharmacist was very rude and the pharmacist employee started telling me they are a day behind in orders and I stated this was not right and then she yells at my face telling me I should had come in earlier in the morning and I got offended and yelled back that i have been waiting since 11am and I was going out of town for 2 weeks and neded my son medication cause he cant go almost 2 weeks without his medication and the pharmacist and employees were rude, unprofessional, nasty and uncaring. I moved from one rite aid to another because of the poor customer service they provided just to come to another pharmacy which is most worst customer service, I will NOT be returning or providing any of my time and money to Rite Aid, which this pharmacy branch only hires pharmacist and employees who are rude and uncaring. Bye bye bye Rite Aid I am taking my business to a local family own pharmacy and not wastijg my time and money to any Rite aid. This pharmacy was the most awful of all them all this pharmacy of Rite aid eats the entire cake for being the MOST UNCARING EMPLOYEES EVER

I went to get my Covid test the girl named Jenn or Jenni or wherever on the pharmacy is so mean, dont let you explain or ask her too much. Just ridiculous having people working like her on the place you are going to get a lot a question from costumer (rolling eyes)

Not only was the lady who gave me my covid test super rude, but I waited 3 days for them to say I missed the appointment, while needing this result back. Irresponsible and extremely rude staff

I have to say that Rite-Aid has always given great customer service, very clean and organized environment. But there was one person that was truly extraordinary her name is "Delia" .. Yesterday my friend and I were there shopping and she was so sweet loving helpful and kind. She did everything to make sure our shopping was not only a great experience, but she also made sure she truly left an unforgettable impression on my friend and I.

First visit to this particular Rite Aid and what a great experience I had. Their employees are so friendly. I was greeted at the door by a young man as soon as I entered, you don't often experience that too often these days. The store is immaculate, very clean, organized and fully stocked. I purchased some items I needed plus an outside glass patio table which was 50 percent off, what a deal. I arrived at the check-out and was greeted by a young girl. I had trouble lifting the table to be scanned so she came around the counter lifted it up for me and scanned it, she even offered to help me get it in my car, what a doll. Hands down to the manager of this store, what great employees you have and Thank You for the wonderful experience. I will definitely be returning soon.
