Aspen Dental - Allentown, PA - Airport Road

Firstly, today was the first time I've been anywhere near a dentist in over 23yrs & I was terrified!! However, from the very first lovely, friendly lady I had contact with at the front desk (I am hopeless with remembering names, just so you know), through to walking out of the door at the end, I felt so much better & so glad I went there. I don't live local to the Airport rd location, so a lot hinged on how I felt there, as to whether or not I'd go through with everything. Everyone was very good at putting me at ease, no pressure at any point, everything explained at each stage (& thank you so much to the lady that was so, so patient at explaining the costs & how it works, I was a pain, I know!!) & no-one rushed me onto the next person until I was sure of everything, absolutely marvellous. Still anxious, but nowhere near the amount I have been for the past couple of decades!! My next appointment is booked, so yes, I was more than happy with everything & can't thank everyone there enough, but I do thank you all. 04/09/24 - anther visit to Airport Rd Aspen Dental & as always, the staff there are wonderful always so pleasant, helpful & a pleasure to deal with, thank you all again.

Great customer service dr. Explains everything to you before he gets started, nice staff as well, Im definitely going back.

I visited thus location last year to get two of my wisdom teeth taken out I was told that I would get a free exam but I was charged for the exam. I did not have insurance and had to pay out of pocket the ran my credit and I was approved for a huge amount the did all this work that I never wanted but they claimed this is the only way to get the teeth taken out my first bill was 4000 plus then I got another bill directly from Aspen Dental for 3218 almost a year after the dental work they did and it's a threatening notice saying past due. The ended up taking out 4 teeth and its a charge of almost 9000.000 they are a rip off and take advantage of people who does not have insurance and is in pain. Please don't go to this location they are a rip off and when u try to call them u can't get anyone to talk too
