        I am a loyal Dunkin customer, but No matter what time of day I go, the service is incredibly slow even with nobody else there. I place my order ahead of time and every single time I still end up waiting 10+ minutes for my order. The staff seem unbothered to have a sense of urgency. I avoid this dunkin mostly but in a pinch Ive stopped a few times and each time has been awful. Sometimes the staff are nice but honestly, Id rather have my order correct, taste good and be done in an efficient amount of time rather than concerning myself with pleasant staff. they should go hand in hand, and it's always the latter. and other times everyone just seems to be standing around not interested in working. this is my least favorite location and there's two in opposite directions of this location about 5 minutes each that ill just go to from now on. save yourself the headache.
