What an amazingly helpful and friendly staff!!!! We spent a very long time in this store today due to a phone that needed replacing and both Omali and store manager Jordan went above and beyond to help us. The old phone only had half a display, so transferring would have been very difficult on our own. Insurance said we would have to pay to get the screen fixed in order to transfer info to the new phone, but Jordan and Omali immediately said "Let us try first!". Omali worked some magic (maybe a miracle) and even with a totally blacked out keyboard was successful!! Jordan clearly heads up a great team of caring and knowledgeable associates and made us not only feel welcome, but in the time we spent there made us feel like friends. I will be going to this location and recommending it to all my local friends and family. Thanks guys for wonderful service and being really caring and genuine people. You rock!

Omali took extra time out of his day to help get my phone setup and ready to go. Had a good talk and he hooked me up with a upgrade and sent me on my way.
